The LINNIG 1-speed Fan Clutch
Crankshaft mounted, pulley mounted, integrated solutions with bearing support and pulley, for fans up to 800 mm diameter (32 in.).

The Integrated LINNIG 2-speed Fan Clutch
The patented, well-known LINNIG 2-speed principle with 2 running conditions; a 3-speed fan clutch can be adopted in the same design envelope; disengagement within 1 second independent of operating conditions; suitable for fans up to 800 mm diameter (32 in.).

The Integrated LINNIG 3-speed Fan Clutch
The patented, well-known LINNIG 3-speed principle with 3 selectable running conditions; disengagement within 1 second independent of operating conditions; suitable for fans up to 800 mm diameter (32 in.).

The LINNIG 3-speed Fan Clutch for Crankshaft Applications
The patented, well known LINNIG 3-speed principle with 3 selectable running conditions; disengagement within 1 second independent of operating conditions; no differential speed at maximum cooling requirements; suitable for fans up to 800 mm diameter (32 in.).

The Linnig 1-speed Fan Clutch

The Design Envelope
Identical to existing viscous fan clutch designs.

The Applications
We offer a wide range of applications that include crankshaft mounted systema, pulley mounted systems as well as integrated solutions with bearing support and pulley. They are capable of accommodating fans up to 800 mm in diameter (32 inch).

The Control Unit
The LINNIG clutch can be directly controlled by the Engine Control Unit (ECU) completely at customer's discretion. Alternatively, it can also be controlled by a LINNIG Control Unit or a thermal switch. Both 12 Volt and 24 Volt configurations are available.

Benefit
Remarkable fuel and cost savings as well as an improved heating system in the truck cabin.

The Integrated LINNIG 2-speed Fan Clutch

The Integration
Bearing unit with input gear wheel, housing, pulley to drive accessories are integrated with the fan clutch to form a complete system ready for final assembly.

The Control Unit
The LINNIG clutch can be directly controlled by the Engine Control Unit (ECU) completely at customer's discretion. Alternatively, it can also be controlled by a LINNIG Control Unit or a thermal switch. Both 12 Volt and 24 Volt configurations are available.

Benefit
Remarkable fuel and cost savings, a selection between 2-speed or 3-speed version within the same design envelope, an attractive system price as well as less complex, cheaper assembly procedures.
