State-of-the-Art Software Tools

Concepts NREC advanced technology tools play a key role in achieving innovative solutions for many leading technical companies worldwide who strive to produce more efficient designs and reduce manufacturing costs. This specialized system combines experience, test data, and theoretical concepts to aid in the design, analysis, and manufacturing of pumps, compressors, turbines, turbochargers, blowers, and fans.

Software Tools Encompass and Integrate the Engineering Process

The Agile Engineering Design System® developed by Concepts NREC integrates the complete engineering process through a complementary suite of tools and programs for CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing).

Cycle-Performance, Stress, and Rotordynamics Analysis

In addition to proprietary software, Concepts NREC partners with other technology developers to offer state-of-the-art tools for cycle-performance analysis, stress analysis, rotordynamics analysis, MDO (Multi-Disciplinary Optimization) procedures, and smooth interaction with CAD packages.

The design wheel reflects the complete design and development process. Cycle analysis (upper left, Section A) may be used to contemplate the possible physical makeup of a new product or to consider an aftermarket upgrade. Design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA, upper right, Section B) is best initiated when a new design is only the germ of an idea.
